However you show up is good enough and welcomed in the heart of It’s Love Y’all. While I see your magnificence always, I also honor the feelings of “ok, alright, & nope”, too. I welcome the parts that don’t feel spectacular or the things that are painfully not great. I am with you in the “this is so off that it’s actually funny” and all the quirks contained. I hold sacred space for the extraordinarily hard and hope you feel safe and loved within this container.
Soaking in the sun has been a big healer for me while standing in the eye of my most tumultuous storms. This is why I share so much from that place. It brought rainbows, respite, and nourished me through the energetic hurricanes. Friend, please know your storms, including category 5, are also welcomed here, too. You are welcomed here. You are loved. Your best is good enough. I love you, and I’m not the only one.
