Hello, Shining Soul!
I hope you are feeling held and well. Please know I am sending so much love if you are not feeling that space. Today’s story is shared from a place of grief. This was my best that day and sparked a ‘Katy sharing circle’ of pain. Watch if it sparkles to you, and please skip if it doesn’t. Your time and space are valued here.
I spoke of my experience being bedridden on the healing journey and the grief that is coming up from it all. I shared how we all contain layers and multitudes. We all experience sad, infuriating, and heartbreaking days. I feel most of us are experiencing these feelings and more right now. We are every flavor of the human experience, including shadows and pains. Today, I spoke about the fullness of life, wholeness of the human experience from my lens, and honoring the human and the angel.
I share the wisdom Xenia Viray of Myths of Creation gifted me in a 1:1 session. She encouraged me to be human… to allow and welcome the fullness of my humanity, and essentially, that I don’t have to start digesting the angelic perspective automatically. I only did this with myself and not with those who were in my presence. I needed to gift myself the love I pour to others.
I spoke of what I’d been working on, which was some part of me feeling like a failure and fraud because I’ve never been able to help the headpain itself shift. I’ve loved on so much mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually that it has significantly transformed my life and body. I haven’t been able to shift the physical headpain, though. I share the flip side of that coin: my gratitude for the grace I’ve experienced because I was sequestered to healing. Hurt and gratitude - both can exist.
